Kings Crossing is a massive 3, 30+ story residential towers and commercial complex located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Vision Rope Access was hired post-construction to inspect, document, and repair all the external deficiencies left by other trades.

Vision Rope Access’ team of trained and certified professionals was able to use a wide range of rope access skills to quickly access all aspects of the exterior of the building, perform the inspection, document the required changes and then fix them.

Cleaning, caulking, painting, and flashing install are some of the deficiencies found during the inspection and repaired.

I enjoyed working on this deficiency remediation project because it opened my eyes to the quality of work performed by other trades, leaving hundreds of deficiencies.  Whereas the tasks completed by Vision Rope Access during the construction phase were almost perfect, except for cleaning up the mess left by the other companies who dirtied or damaged the work we completed.
