Performing inspection can be tedious but performing inspection on a 17° degree overhang high rise building is even more of an handful.   The Rope Access Technicians had to keep themselves  close to the building with suction cups, alternating them as they go up and down the building.   The overhanging building makes it very difficult to access using swing stages, so rope access is the perfect choice for these types of tasks.
